“Great place in a great area”

“Love the location and the amenities that were provided. Very nice ! Everything worked as advertised.”

“Everything about this hotel was excellent. However, I did have one complaint. In the dining area next to the Starbucks where I dined once, I was shocked when seeing the bill for 2 drinks- it was $32.00!!! Although I was given a food menu, I was not provided a drink menu, nor was I told about their exorbitant drink pricing. Be forewarned - don’t order drinks at this hotel unless you are prepared to be robbed!”

“Conveniently located close to Ohio U campus and the E. State St shopping area. Some updates have been made to the rooms but they still show signs of age and could use further renovation. Rooms also have old school loud ac units. There was variety in the breakfast selection but the hot item quality wasn’t great and the coffee was weak. Would skip breakfast and walk across the parking lot to Bob Evans instead. An OK experience but not worth the 200+ paid for the room.”

“This hotel does NOT look like the pictures online. It is run down, it smells and the rooms are not properly cleaned. The table was sticky, the bed sagged in the middle and there was a family of flies in my room. Do not waste your time booking this hotel.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE, beds were full of bed bugs…sure you’ll save money but all 4 family members were covered in bed bug bites from 1 night here. Took 2 weeks before they healed. Reached out to hotel about our experience and never even received a response. Once they have your money they don’t care. We had to bag all of our belongings in trash bags to prevent bringing them in our home. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE, SURE YOULL SAVE MONEY IN THIS WEIRD SEVERELY OUTDATED HOTEL, BUT IT IS NOT...

“They don’t have an onsite store if that matters to you. They sell a few canned beverages from a mini fridge at check in. Rooms and hallways are a bit dark and dingy. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful though.”
